When does VBS happen?
July 18th - July 22nd

Registration and Sign-In Information
- Preschool (Blue Team)
- Kindergarten - 1st Grade (Red Team)
- 2nd - 3rd Grade (Green Team)
- 4th - 6th Grade (Yellow Team)
Registration/Sign-Ins on July 18th will begin at 5:00 pm.
Registration/Sign-Ins on July 19th - July 22nd will begin at 5:30 pm.
Try to come as early as possible. Once your child is signed in, they are allowed to enter our Checkpoint Assembly where we will have music and entertainment for them until the assembly opening begins at 6:00 pm.
Emergency Information & Photo Release
Upon registering or signing in your child(ren) the first night, you will review your child's Registration and Emergency Information form and then sign and date the Photo & Emergency Release, which will be as stated below:
*I agree that Grove Park Chapel may use such photographs of myself and/or my child(ren) for any lawful purpose, including for example such as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
*In the event of an emergency, if I cannot be reached and my listed emergency contacts cannot be reached, I give my permission for the Vacation Bible School staff at GPC to secure medical assistance for my child while he/she is attending this program. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me and other emergency contacts in an emergency, but if I am unavailable and if immediate medical attention is required, program personnel may authorize such treatment. I will not hold Grove Park Chapel or the Vacation Bible School staff responsible in any way.
